Loading bay parking on red route bus lane???

Hi everyone,
Could I get fined for pulling over in a loading bay to drop someone off (1 minute maximum)?
The loading bay is along a red route and in a bus lane.
The sign states the red route is between 7am-7pm Mon-Sat.
Loading is max 20min between 10am-4pm, no parking at other times.
I can't remember what the time period is for the bus lane (i believe it's 7am-7pm Mon-Sat)
I pulled over after 7pm (was approx 7.15pm) on a saturday.
Surely the loading bay restriction partly contradicts the red route restriction (7am-7pm) as it's outside the 10am-4pm time (no parking outside that time).
How does everyone see this?

Why worry yet, wait until TFL send a pcn, if at all.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
