Took hubby in some DVD's & charged it up before I took the player to him. He's used it for at least 4.5hrs - yep it says 2.5hrs but he said it shows no sign of batteries going flat yet. Maybe we were just lucky but it impressed him.
The leads it came with are phono leads to go to TV. Forgot to look if there is any other method of hooking it in to TV.0 -
Does anyone know if this can play divx format?0
-
I read a review somewhere that said it doesn't play divx.
Shame, 'cos I would have had one if it did.0 -
Just a heads up on this. Hubby has now used without a recharge for 9hrs playing DVD's - not pausing, zooming in etc. He has also played 4 albums in full - It's STILL going.
He's amazed & impressed - so am I!0 -

Did you get a bush one as the link picture shows a wharfdale one, but it states bush as the make? They have a wharfedale one listed which is the same number but us now 39.99!!No buying toiletries challenge - possibly for most of 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015!
£1 in sealed pot for each UU (2011 135/500:D) 2012 have UU 130/400 (never realised I had a mini chemist under my bed!!!) :rotfl:2013 UU 156/350. 2014 UU 197/250 2015 UU 16/100

I had a bush one BUT apparently the wharfedale one is identical - made in same factory just different branding. They state bush on header & in write up but have pictured a wharfedale one this time. I've looked at the auction I bought it from & that one has a wharfedale branded one in the picture too but it may link to the picture that is now uploaded.
We were MORE THAN well pleased with it. It still has charge on it & he honestly played over 9hrs of DVD & 4 full CD albums. He's thankfully out of hospital now so not been used since. I'll put it on later & report back how many hours of DVD's it does last for.
It's seriously good for the money - albiet an extra £6 now. You'll also probably use it more as a photo frame instead of a portable player. Not a bad price just as a 9" photo frame. Haven't tried the photo frame mode as no SD card - cameras use XD cards.0 -
hi - anyone who has bhought this - has the remote got a one touch volume mute button on it?0
