I got a phonecall to watch one piece. It was about my old friend from London. He's had all the grief from his tenant for more than ten years and I know how soul destroying it has been for him. We haven't spoken in a while, but I'm so pleased that the B****** is out of there. I'm going to give him a call in a bit and congratulate him.
It was so intimidating for him to have the guy living right upstairs. I can't imagine what his flat looked like after years of not seing it. Hopefully he'll be able to get on with his life a bit better without 2 mortgages hanging over him.
Wasn't the worst though was it, my H said that a lady got murdered by her tenant?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Was he the guy that used to work in IT?
The one where Landlord Action eventually got the eviction.
I have used them in the past.
Programme made me feel sick and gave me a horrible reminder of my previous bad tenants
Mind you, at least I didn't get battered to death and end up in a cardboard box....!!!!!!0 -
That's him.

Worse is the fact that the managing agents don't seem to do anything about the facade of the building which has affected the price of the flats drastically. The other mansion blocks have pulled it all together and are lovely, that's the last one. Assuming he sells on, he won't get as much as he should. :wall: Why does everything seem to hapen to the same people?
Sorry I didn't see the rest of the program to comment, H is watching 'Meet the Parents'.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
