best place to buy an oven and induction hob

Hi
I am going to replace my oven, hob and sink soon. I would like advice on what are the best value makes to buy and the best place to buy them. Are the top makes eg Neff (if it is a top make) reliable, with good functions, and therefore worth the money, or is it better getting a cheap make.
