i brought a used car yesterday from an approved kia dealer. The screen priceon the forecourt was £13460 (before negotiations). I paid a £250 deposit to secure the car on my credit card. Later yesterday evening i was browsing online to show someone a pic of a similar car when i found my car(same reg) for sale by the same dealer at £12499. Where do i stand on rights and refunds?:(

Hi,
Not sure I understand - you agreed a price - that is it?

My understanding is that you have no "right" to a refund and you are relying on the goodwill of the dealer to offer you anything.lou_lou_24 wrote: »i brought a used car yesterday from an approved kia dealer. The dealer is entitled to offer different prices through different sales channels and you were happy to enter contract at a value of £13,460.
Had you found the same car at a higher price online, would you offer to pay the dealer extra?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
