I have a £100 overdraft and i consistantly go over that limit, on my last statement i went to £440 overdrawn. I have recived a £100 charge i also recived a £75 charge last month so realy i was £365 overdrawn. I have asked the bank for my statements from 2001. Would i be entitled to recive a refund on these types of charges.
Thanks in advance for you advice.
