Account with Cash Card for 11 Year Old?

Anyone know of an account I can get for an 11 year old? Would like one with a cashcard so that he can learn the principles of when its gone its gone. :rotfl: Mods, I have posted here as if I post elsewhere I'll get details of banks not open to NI customers.

Halifax Save4it is a passbook account held by an adult in trust for a young person.

My 11 year old also has a Santander 11-15 Current Account that comes with a VISA debit card.
