I always stock up on a few cheap textbooks over the summer, its a good time to buy them as kids are not buying so they often go for minimum bid. I won this one . When I tried to pay by PayPal I got the message "This seller cannot currently receive payments". I emailed to ask if the PayPal problem was ongoing and should I send a cheque? I've had no reply.
I don't want to send a cheque now as this guys feedback seems to indicate I would be wasting my money. If I do nothing whats the worst that can happen?

Nothing really - if the seller said they took paypal and you can't pay them using it (take a screen shot of the failed transaction) for evidence, then ebay wouldn't uphold a NPB against you...April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200
