Ebay fees confusion.

It not a massive amount of money by any stretch of the imagination but i've just logged on to Paypal and I notice that a payment of £2.51 has been sent to 'eBay Europe Sarl' for 'Monthly eBay Seller Fees'.
The only thing is I haven't sold anything for months and I haven't received an invoice from Ebay like I usually do.
Has anyone else had anything like this happen? I'm trying to find the best way of contacting ebay to find out what it's for but i'm not really having much success.
