Yes.. funnily enough called 'creation consumer finance ltd'! Funny because the sofa company have been quite creative with their excuses...
Oh good luck my lovely! I had a couple of credit cards with creation (Flybe and Myworld) and a sudden bout of extreme illhealth meant I had no income other than Incapacity Benefit and couldn't pay them. Ended up having to go for a DRO and they didn't leave me alone even when it was in place, kept getting calls asking for payment, bluffing their way through like it was a DMP or then trying to make 'friends' with me (the account manager this was) to try and force a payment being all faux sympathetic "Oh we'd hate to have to take you to court....! You don't need the stress" (*rolleyes*)
Was a nightmare! Eventually got it sorted - though had to get pretty heavy with them and threaten legal action.
Don't want to scare you - just wanted to make sure you were prepared!
