Have you tried www.abebooks.co.uk or www.bookfinder.com?"This site is addictive!"

I sold a book called How To Make Money from 1852, with a starting price of £10, in a single bid. Ironic title, but i suppose it was interesting enough for someone to decide to bid on. Made me wonder how much it was really worth.
I would suggest trawling ebay and the other sites suggested here to get an idea. The better the condition and the more specialist the subject, the better. Things about politics or militaria etc are more likely to sell."I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something."0
