Needing to send Laptop to Bulgaria

As the title says i am needing to send an old laptop to someone in Bulgaria from the UK.

What is the cheapest courier service around?

    You will need to state wrapped weight and level of insurance required for the courier gurus to really help you.

    RM is obviously out and that's about as far as my knowledge goes.

    Yeah, this sounds wrong. I'm guessing it'll be more in the £50 region at least - that's what I found when I was looking for shipping costs for a bulky but cheaper item.

    You still need it's value covered against loss.

    Who is offering to send to Bulgaria for 14 pounds? A lap top is not very big but must weigh 6 or 8kg packed. Like popesock I would expect to pay 40 or 50 pounds for this

    Doesn't really matter how much is paid or charged for P&P, chances are that this will "vanish", either once it gets to Bulgaria, or the payment has been funded by a stolen credit card.
