Bank of Scotland has transferred all of its rights under your credit card agreement to MBNA.
Consequences of this action min payment reduced,be aware,less to pay each month ,but they get more interest

BT to another MBNA card might have problems ,needs confirming . Will it be possible to BT to a Halifax card ,they are part of the Bank of Scotland group

Got my letter about this yesterday. Like you say, this may cause problems when balance transfer time comes around.

The transfer will take place in Spring 07 if you have received you letter recently. Once the card has transfered it will be an MBNA account therefore you can do a BT with a Halifax card. Before the transfer takes place that wouldn't be possible.
