Hi
Any ideas on how much it would cost for an electrician to move a ceiling light about 1 metre? At the moment we have 2 horrible ceiling fan lights
, that I would need taken out, and new lights put in.
I know I need to phone and get some quotes, but just wanted a rough idea, Thanks :beer:

about 100/200 quid.Get some gorm.0 -

yep. changing two lights is no big deal. moving one of em 1 metre can a very different job.
you may get lucky and get a handyman to do it for 50/60 quid ish.Get some gorm.0 -
Anything from £40/£90 to £2500.00 :eek:
This has only hapened once, but I went ot put a light up and ended rewiring the house as the wiring was lead.baldly going on...0 -
