    I'm still dying to know what this code 24 is...

    How on earth could the company justify ticketing a paying customer parked in a bay within time limits without anyone leaving the premises?

    Me too... Code 0024 is a mystery. I initially thought it was because he was smoking, but there were no signs indicating that. He was parked within the bay and we were planning to eat there... so i can't explain it.

    I might put on my Hercule Poirot hat and do some investigating. ;)

    As I said above, all that "code 24" nonsense is just another example of a PPC trying to fool people into thinking they have some sort of official status.
    What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

    I think he deserves all he gets and more. If the person giving the tickets isn't happy about that they should get another job or join the dole queue. Any person in such a job knows what they are doing and lets face it only do the job because they enjoy being a little "Nazi" and enjoy confrontations with people, or because they're no-hopers who can't get a better job or both. This one seems to be the former as instead of sticking the ticket on the screen they had to give it by hand and get their comment in.

    Most jobs out there work on a similar moral principle sadly, most jobs are in selling things - that usually people don't want anyway.

    I'd rather my taxes paid for him to get a proper job. Remember there will be plenty of elderly and disabled drivers who will have mistakenly paid part of their pension thanks to him.
