A levels

Hi.
I just finished my IT degree. :j
Employers are asking for A levels and I finished them abroad (more than 10 years ago).
Will they need proof of my A level certificate(s) at the latter stages of recruitment process: so I can get them?
Thanks.

Employers are likely to ask for proof of your qualifications at some stage through the recruitment process but different places will ask for the evidence at different times. I've had jobs where they've taken evidence at the final interview stage, others have taken it after I'm started at the job.
If you contact the college you got your A-levels from they should be able to help you get copies of the certificates if you've lost them or at least give you the details of the exam board so you can contact them.0 -
UK exam boards won't issue actual duplicate certificates now, I believe. I've lost the original certs for some of my GCSEs and I only did them, erm, 2 years ago. However they will issue duplicate statements of results, which are to all intents and purposes the same as a certificate they just don't have fancy writing or expensive paper. I've a feeling you have to go through your college/school to get them though.0
