Calais to Malaga by car

Hi all

We're going away soon in a Wicked Camper, got a relocation deal from London to Malaga, going by ferry dover-calais.

So... we have to do it in 7 days, can anyone recommend a route or any must sees?

So far we're planning to drive straight through France to Andorra and then from Andorra to the Spanish Coast and then work our way along to Malaga.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Sammy

Hard to advise on must-sees when you've given no idea of your interests - historic sites, scenery??? However I would go over the Millau Bridge on the way down. When are you going? The Spanish coastal route does get very crowded. You could try posting on one of the motorhome sites. Try googling for MMM and ask on the forum. Sorry, must learn how to post links!

    Hi

    We're going next week.

Interests? Anything really. Last time we went touring europe we headed towards holland and went south from there to Italy. We stopped to see at lot of WW2 sites. On the way Northbound we came up through France via Oradour-sur-glane and then to Bayeux and along to Calais. I guess most things we stopped to see were Historical sites or scenic areas.

  • Think the Millau Bridge is a must, might be a little way off your route though if you intend to go through Andorra.

Never been through France but might be best to go on the local roads at times, you'll more than likely stumble on something of interest that way.
