Paypal reversal - how hard can it be ? - being a bit naive perhaps , but , paid for a seminar with Paypal - which was cancelled thru lack of numbers - but its been 3 weeks now and no refund

did email and the host sec. said " sorry for delay in refund , but my father terminally ill and not able to do it at this time"

surely its just a button click ? - maybe theres other admin stuff I`m not aware of - I really dont know if I would`nt say " my fathers terminally ill " - even if he was - would just say " my fathers ill and I cant process this now "

I dont know - I think its a tricky call - youre either a total unfeeling bar steward or a naive idiot - and falling somewheres in the middle is very counterproductive
As Martin says - please be nice - there is no such thing as a stupid question ! ;)

Terminally ill, hopefully it won't last too long and they can click the required number of buttons.

However, the seminar is not a tangible purchase, therefore not covered under PP buyer protection. You may have to take matters further.
