They proceeded to take the FULL amount without discount from my sisters bank account. I am treating this as theft and I am irate.…

I've had a selection of codes for money off - between £10 and £20. And codes for free items too. Just order a catalogue online and they'll start sending the codes through. I get them through the post and via email. Nothing to lose by giving it a go
