Me thinks this could be yet ANOTHER case of someone not reading the T&C's properly...
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

The OP states that she doesnt use McAfee. It might be that someone has cloned her debit card ?

Anyway OP, you really need to contact your bank as quickly as possible.

Also I don't recommend sending e mails to any company if you need them to do something urgently, you need to be pro-active, forceful and persistent. Call them, get a name, agreee what they are going to do and by when, and then confirm this in writing to them posting it using trackable mail. If they do nothing by the deadline, make a follow-up call and if still nothing send a trackable letter to a senior manager, director, CEO etc. E mails just don't cut it.

Good luck - let us know how you get on.

OP was pinned down by a group of hefty thugs, who rifled their pockets.

OP have you bought a new PC/laptop with the limited free version or downloaded the 90 day free trial. Often the Ts&Cs will automatically charge you if you do not cancel within the trial period....you must have some idea of how they got hold of your bank details and if not I would urgently get the card stopped and investigated
