most stores should have it out as they have been instructed to feature small amounts the special clearance stores (lancaster/carisle) in the NW have loads to clear at silly prices

Went to stockport woolies today. Disney princess 10 meter roll 50p, Bratz 4 meter roll 50p !!!!! Lots of other rolls too including forever friends and some lovely gold and other foil papers which i use for birthdays bought 10 rolls in total £5 bargain.

I went to the Albany Road Woolworths today, they had about 3 bins in the front of the store full of tags and crackers (lots of) i picked up 2 packs of cards for a £1 each, as i was leaving there is a stand behind the till full of xmas wrapping paper, single rolls for a £1 and on the bottom shelf 3 rolls for a £1. They were going fast though as i went twice...second time with my sis for her HTH..

Today at lunchtime Chester le Street Woolies had a small selection of Christmas clearance. Boxes of multi-coloured baubles (quite big about 25 in the box) for £1, tubs of all silver baubles for £1. Loads of wrapping paper, cards, tubes of bows and ribbon. A member of staff had a trolly full of other bits she was busy pricing up ..... that should be down, to £1 and 50p HTH someone.

just been into Maidstone branch and they have all sorts of christmas baubles from 50p. I picked up the gift tags for 50p for 80 and intend to use them to make my own christmas cards. This would cost any craft goer a lot more money in a craft shop.

I was in Woolworths yesterday (Stafford). They had wrapping paper, cards, tags etc all reduced. I brought 6 rolls of wrapping paper @ 50p a roll (should have been £2.49). Decent stuff too. Won't be long before the new stuff will be on display.

Just to let you know, people have posted about this several times... its been going for months, in fact.. rolls were as low as 25p 2 monhs ago
