Hi
Went to put some money on a pre-paid card via my Electron and it bounced!
Would you believe that cos I paid a cheque in & it cleared too early they have frozen my account, consequently it stopped the amount that was available to me (before the cheque went in) !!! I have to wait now until tomorrow (?) even to get that element of it!!
Fair enough if I draw on the cheque and it bounces I'd owe the bank the ££ I would have drawn of the cheque.
Lucky I didn't go grocery shopping today (thinking of the non cheque £) with a bounced debit card and red face!!
Banks shouldn't put people in that position, should I complain or what!!!????
