item not recieved - asking for supporting documentation

Hi all.

I opened 2 claims (off same website) its a discount make up website. Both items were not recieved i emailed them waited a week no reply so I opened a dispute. I had a email on the 15th june off paypal to respond to a email and i have until today to reply .. ive only just replied as not been online to reply.

Anyway its asking me to respond and i cant?!

it says this:

I dont have a fax machine so I cannot fax and i dont know how i can submitt any files of proof as i am the buyer ..

This is the history I have had no refund ... And also my bank account isnt registered as ive only used it once.

Dispute was opened 13th june.

is there anyway i can reply? I dont see how i can and i have until tonight or my dispute will be cancelled ... :mad:

    Do you know what documentation they want you to send? If you paid through Paypal, they would know that you had paid. I would at least respond asking what they need, you can't really prove something hasn't arrived. What does the sellers email to them say?

    The only way I can reply to paypal is by email as there is no way for me to reply on the claim :(

    I've had no email off the seller/website so I dont know what it says :(

    I'm quite annoyed as they say if i dont reply it will be closed but how am i meant to reply if i am unable to grr paypal! I cant prove something i havent recieved or posted either.

    Can you escalate to a claim without answering the above? I think that I;d try & call them, I think they have a live support, you;ll need to find it on their site. You used to get copies of what if anything the other party says.

    I have already esculated to a claim sorry. I'm going to call them in a minute see what they say and I have not recieved nothing at all off the seller sadly

    Phone them, it looks like they think you are the seller. The only thing i can think of is that for some reason you can see the email the seller had, that would explain the bit about whether you had refunded or not.

    How did you get money into your paypal account? if you paid by debit car that will get rerfunded not your paypal account.
