Avianca -- because they fly to Colombia, the best country in the world! (Best for football, sunshine, friendly people, gorgeous women, although they need to do a bit more work on their law enforcement.)

What is the obsession with alcohol being a contributory factor in deciding what is a 'good airline'?

Nobody enjoys a drink more than me - however, swift check -in's, no delays, good on board service, reasonable pricing and safety certainly override the necessity to get !!!!!! as soon as the aircraft is in the air.

And some of the most delapidated aircraft in the skies -particularly from LHR and other European routes although I will concede that service is pretty good.
