My daughter has had no end of problems with her CTC.
Can you do a Subject Access Request for her from Revenue and Customs to see exactly what has gone on with her claim?

Yes I believe you can get copies of calls and other details held. The request must be made in writing or by fax. If you phone the tax credit hepline they will give you the address to write to.0
