Prepaid Cards - Which One?

My fiance and I are looking to start a business and as my credit history isn't good enough to get a business account we are looking at the 'Prepaid Cards' to get one each for dedicated 'business purchases'.
I currently have an o2 Load n Go card but the load limit is £1800 - not sure how much we need but a proper looking card would be nice (i.e. not just printed numbers on a bit of plastic) and the chip has started to wear on mine.
I also have an EntroPay Virtual Card for using on eBay/PayPal and they have recently started to offer a plastic version but their load fee is 4.95% which is ok for small ebay purchases but not really for larger purchases IMO.
Has anyone got any experience with any other cards that are cheap/free to use?
