What should I do?

My item sold on 24 Aug. I have received no payment even though I have sent multiple invoices and an email. As I was checking my other sales, I accidently pressed "Payment Received" instead of dispatched on another. Now the woman has told me that she has already paid and it says so on the listing.
So, basically it only says it on the listing because of me pressing wrong button. I have told her this and she has yet to reply. I am a little unsure as what to do.

Ask her what her method of payment was.....................;)
Technically, she must pay by tomorrow, which is the 7 days allowed by EbayI only exist in my own mind - if you can see, hear or read me, you are a product of my imagination.0 -
Thanks for that, I didn't even see that there. Bl**dy woman has got me all flustered, all transactions have been smooth until now.0

LULUBELLE: She said she paid through Paypal and that she has the transaction code. Although its not on my Paypal account or email conformation. I have asked her for the code so I can look though. I know she has until tomoz, but as I hadn't heard from her and I wondered whether anything was wrong.0

If it's not in your PayPal account, she's not telling the truth. It's not a mobile phone, is it?? :eek:I only exist in my own mind - if you can see, hear or read me, you are a product of my imagination.0 -
No its not a mobile, its some of my daughter clothes. It only gonna cost her a couple of quid. She has 100% feedback0

If i was you I would politely ask her what was the email address she send the payment to & explain that the payment asn't been received in your account. It may be she sent it to the wrong email addy & is a genuine mistake.
If she doesnt get back quickly then i would say she's trying it on.

Just to let you al know-she paid. Said something about paying for other wins at the same time, one got rejected so all the money came back. I have no idea what she is talking about!
