How to add a buyer to banned list?

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I have searched eBay and this forum and am obviously not using the correct search terms. I have had a buyer from overseas haggling postage (willing to pay £1 when it will cost me £4!! plus I dont post overseas anyway!) I want to add her to a banned list so that she cannot bid on any of my items, how would I do this? Many thanks in advance:A

    You can go through help for BLOCK BIDDER and click on the relevant links until you get to the page

    thank you! that is just what I was after! "ban buyer" didn't have the same impact!:D

    You might also want to change your seller preferences to BLOCK bidders from the countries you don't post to.
