is it safe

I have just sold some tickets on ebay for a concert next week that I cannot attend. They were buy it now and they have been purchased by a buyer with 0 feedback and have been paid for. I just checked paypal and it is a confirmed address - is it safe to carry on with the purchase? the tickets will obviously be sent via special delivery. I'm confused. Please advise.

As long as they have paid and the address is confirmed there should be no problem.
I know it's a worry with 0 Feedback, but remember, we all started with 0 at one time.

just curious: is it a possibilty that buyer could open a not as described dispute for a ticket? especially after it has been used?
even if he returns it it will be unusable.

It's a possibility i guess, not sure how you'd defend that.

There should be no issues as you're posting via Special Delivery so that protects you from any INR claims.

I am also thinking along the same lines - guess I will have to ponder over it. Thank you all for replying

Forget whether the address is confirmed or not, the rules changed a couple of years ago. All that matters is that when you check the transaction in your paypal account it says 'OK to send' and you track it to the address that paypal give you.

Plenty have been ripped off selling tickets, Someone recently had a refund claim against them the day before the
concert. Ebay gave them no choice but to refund leaving them with tickets that were out of date.

If its close to the date get the tickets collected & pay cash on collection. May not get a good price but better than
    no price?
