Hiya,
Anyone got that email address for "Gwen" at dell customer services/exec?
It was in the thread but being one of the few helpful posts, it was deleted by either a board guide or forum team (and I'm not questioning their wisdom!) so I'd appreciate if someone would be kind enough to let me know what it is so I can get it resolved quickly.
