Unauthorised Transfer from my bank account

I bought some shares over the phone from a share dealing company and they bought the wrong shares. They then bought the correct shares that I had asked for in the first place
They apoloised and said thay they had never done that before, but have not refunded the money as they say my account is not authorised.
I said that they took the money illegally so they should be able to refund it.
The bank has said they cannot help as it was a switch transaction.
HELP I want my money back
