Try the London number and ask them regarding a complaint about radio city who u should be directed too?
Then state you have been left in an awkward position chasing this up, as the prize which they constantly promise will be sent does not get sent, give them 7 days to respond then contact the http://www.theipm.org.uk/about/contactus.aspx, who might be able to help u chase this xx#JusticeForGrenfell0
