Use a website called pacific Poker for past year and play poker with bets of 5c/10c. Anyway the min deposit you can make is $20 which is roughly around £10.39.
Capital one have now started charging these transactions as an advance cash fee of £3.
Played 4 times over the course of the month depositing $20 (it's done electronically) and then after 3 days transfer the money back into my capital one account. Get the statement in and see that for the 4 deposits of £10.39 I have been charged £3 each, totalling £12 in charges.
Phoned capital one to complain and cancel my account also sent email to them, waiting on replay from them.
Who else would it be better to complain to regarding charges that are totally unreasonable?

They are charging them as if they were cash withdrawals, which with Capital One i believe is £3 or 3% whichever is greater.
Thing is they did plaster it on the statement and sent a leaflet out with the statements, advertising that they were going to do this, i remember seeing it in with mine.:)Henry James Born 18/03/2011-11 days late!:)
