Help lower keys wont work "thats" (Z to pun* tuation keys) any ideas

No one has replied so how about try restarting computer and see if that works?

if it's locallised like that it could well be to do with the physical ribbon cable that connects your keyboard to your machine. May have become unseated/unplugged at one end or got a crumb or hair or something in the connection (assuming it's a laptop). If it is a laptop, google for how to remove the keyboard then unplug it, blow any dust out and replug it. If it's en external one, make sure it's plugged in OK. A restart can't hurt.

If you're in Windows, there's a virtual keyboard you can drive with your mouse under Start > All Programs > Accessories

You've probably got dirt underneath the keys. Biscuit crumbs, bits of crisps etc. Turn your laptop or keyboard upside down and give it a gentle tap. Failing that unplug your computer and gently run a hoover nozzle across the keys.

i am on virtual keyboard for now, i was told that Advent would replace keyboard for free, any comments appreciated.
