Look at Zencart or osCommerce. If you want good value, you're going to have to get your hands dirty and sort out the hosting yourself, rather than rely on a host provided solution.
Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.0 -
If you want cheap and relatively simple, you could take a look at Relichost
They do hosting packages from £6 a year - yes SIX quid a year! (You'd have to buy or transfer in your own domain to them) but for that £6 you get 250mb website space and 2GB monthly bandwidth allowance.
Also cpanel comes with Fantastico de luxe which would mean you have easy 1 click integration for Zencart or OSCommerce plus many other content management packages to choose from - even has its own sitebuilder software (RVSitebuilder) although I've never used that myself, I use Joomla.
I'm not affiliated with them in anyway btw, just have a couple of sites with them and no complaints - although they did crash for about a day and a half sometime last year, which was slightly annoying but soon fixed.0
