i went to a car boot on Sunday and saw a few stalls selling new goods
i always thought car boots where to sell your 2nd hand, used goods.
Can anyone advise whether selling new goods at car boots is allowed or is it at the discretion of the boot sale land owner etc

It is normally permitted, one I went to had that sellers of new goods paid slightly more to set up stall than those who were genuine carbooters.0
