It looks like the file type is associated with the wrong program, or even one you don't have. What file extension does it have?If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

I haven't got a clue! If you could ask me that in a simpler form?0

what are the 3 letters after the filename: "file".???If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

I'll wager your timetable is in Adobe *.pdf format.
If you don't have Adobe Reader or Acrobat on your PC, you won't be able to read it. Download the reader free from adobe.com
Usually websites that have pdf downloads include a link to a download site.0 -
Probably PDF.
Sounds like you've told windows to open .pdf files with wordpad. Wordpad will open anything you tell it to, but most files it won't understand so it'll show you nonsense.
Install a PDF viewer and you should be fine. They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0 -
i have adobe version 9. Just put that on again to double check i had it- restarted computer as part of progress and tried to get a timetable again. I get Waterpark Timetable....pdf in the bottom left of my screen- when i open it in the down load list i get Waterpark Timetable (TT)_.pdf. Computers Vista. Is it something simple- it's very annoying- it's just opening up wordpad and a load of nonsense0

The file is associated with wordpad. You need to change it so it opens in acrobat reader.
Right click the file, choose open with..., select adobe acrobat and tell it to always open that type of file in acrobat. They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0 -
I've done it and gosh golly- i managed to work it out myself! I am just stuck at opening one sort of file now ( i have all sorts of downloaded files i need to look at) The file i am stuck on is RenderPDF.aspx[URL="c:%5CUsers%5Cjoshua%5CDownloads%5CRenderPDF.aspx"]. I can't open it it comes up with search the web to find a program, then i ended up clicking one of those that finds faults and tries to flog you something
