I have had a letter from Amex changing its tiers for cash back from 1st October. It is reducing the top rate from 2% to 1.5%.
Is there a better card for cash back ?

Is this actually the second reduction? Didn't they reduce the rate and have they not now also raised the threshold at which the highets rate is paid - or am I getting confused?
I think the GE Money card is the best - currently 3% cashback on limited types of goods, presumably based on the shop you were in when you spent. Presumably this will get scaled back or withdrawn at some point soon.0 -
