Sky Digi box keeps switching off?

my sky digi box has begun to turn off to stanby mode, i have to turn it back on and wait for it to search for listings.

this happens when im watching tv, quite annoying

anyone have any ideas why this is happening.
All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

    In this weather it could be overheating too, especially if it's on top of other kit.
