I want to get a sat nav system not too expensive.

    have you got a PDA or Pocket PC? If so you have the basis for one right there.

    Hate to say it, as their customer-support is abysmal, but a TomTom integrated unit like a TomTom One is probably your best bet.

    Tried most makes and models and if you are after great value for money then it must be the Garmin i3. Best price was 99 pounds from comet but that was a while ago and don't know whether it would still be available.
    Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????
