Cloudy2Clear.com - should I use them?

Just wondering if anyone has used this company to replace steamed up double glazing. If so, what were the prices like? Were you happy with the work?

They are a franchised system, so each are is a different operator. There is no saying that the operative is good or bad, I would suspect that they have to buy the new sealed units via the franchisor which may put the price up. Search Window Doctor, Window Medic same system but worth getting a few quotes.

I had a chap from Cloudy2Clear come out today and fix my back door lock and replace the handle and metal strip that contains the locking mechanism, as we broke it years ago and have had the window screwed shut ever since!
He was here about 45mins and charged £99.

I'm having him back later in the year to do my misted up windows. He quoted £100 per metre which works out about £50 per window for me.
Am just waiting for winter as they're all clear at the moment.

I was impressed. Didn't try and rip me off at all! :T

After obtaining three quotes I used Cloudy2Clear last year and was very pleased with the replacement unit. The work was undertaken in an efficient manner, it was a neat and tidy job and the cost was very reasonable. The room was left clean and tidy and the customer service I received was excellent. I would recommend them and use them again without hesitation.
