Claire - have just looked at that website you posted about - for the Big Cheese. I will have a look to see how far Caerphilly is from the Severn Bridge to see if I can bring the boys over as DH is away in London that weekend.

After such a lovely day, I can't believe how much rain we are now getting!!!!!! Came down really heavy for about 10 mins earlier on.
Butti - could I add you on f/book, but sorry, I don't know your name on there.
HI to all by the way,
    Thanks
    Lucy
Edit to say - have just looked to see whereabouts Caerphilly is - might just be able to make that.

Its about a 45 minute drive

Claire - it could well be doable - I'm about 10 mins or so from the new bridge
  • Claire, I would come to the cheese show to help but I am working :( Any more bits to go on your webby? Oh and I wanna order a custom thingie please, but I can't pay until next month, so no rush :rotfl:
PAP - OMG!! When do you get your new desk?

Tomorrow, fingers crossed. Its not overly exciting but when you have been putting it off for over 6 months it is. Its funny because you can actually see the woodchip through the beech on the desk I have now :o Since I have been an mse'r I use things until they really need replacing :D

Dont say no to paid overtime.
    But yeah top the rest.

If yopu email Rog plse say hi from me :)

    Desk sounds good :)

Beanie, well I have been doing paid o/t... but the majority of time its not extra hours, its extra days. therefore I get no days off. Take next week, another 7day stint before a day off. I won't be to bothered but 2 out of the 4 staff can't do o/t because it effects thier benifits. So its left to the two of us and its wearing a bit thin for both of us, paid or not.

Email sent and I added a message from you too ;)

Yep desk is good but less to save :o However its a little treat. Next month I shall save over £150 :A

Am still in a good mood, there's something to be said for phone calls from cheeky Londoners.
I got me a summer jacket! Pink suede style with a little zip and single breasted so I dson't look mad - I can alternate with the black one I found in the back of my wardrobe.

  • Claire - finally got round to the big cheese website and if I've got the funds I'll probably pay a visit. Train is £20 with 2 changes there and 1 on the way back!

Elfen - yeah well done you.

PAP - I'm with you on only replacing items when you really need to.

On holiday I had to throw away a pair of black ballet shoes as they were falling apart. I saw a pair in next but wasn't sure if I should get them and in the end my OH got soo annoyed with me and my MSE ways he bought them for me!!! :rotfl:Maybe I should try it that tact often!?:rotfl:
