I placed an order last Friday and had hoped on recieving the item promptly as it was high value and their conditions state that goods over £40 are delivered by special/next day delivery.

On Tuesday i email to ask where my item is and get a reply stating goods are being picked (despite having only one of the item) , a few more days pass and still no more progress and i decide to again check the order status.

Order Cancelled is the update and they have taken 7 days to work out that they do not have the item in stock!! , morons is the word that springs to mind as does amateurs.

I don't know how on earth they survive in business with such a scant regard for customer service and yet i haven't been able to find a definitive answer whether they are a bad company or not , some people like the brand others avoid like the plague.

They survive because they shops are FULL of people that buy tings. Whenever I go I can never get to anything that I want to look at. Order it from somewhere else or go in store and get it there and then.

Because they are a good place for drug addicts to sell the games and consoles they have stolen in order to get cash for their hit.
