eBay Turbo Lister - Free Listings under £1 - Clarification Needed

Noticed this last week and again tonight, I'm not seeing free listings under a £1 work with Turbo Lister. There's always a fee shown, before uploading in the calculations and then after on the account (I did a test upload).
I'm not over my 100 per month and it works ok if you do it manually (relisting currently).
Have eBay stopped free bulk (re)listing with TL even if you are below the 100 threshold? Can anyone confirm or clarify?

There has been no clarification at all from ebay. However your experience seems to be different in that you are actually being charged a fee when you check your account, most people see a fee when they try to list but then get the credit notice on turbo lister afterwards showing listing was free.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
