Remember what JSA is. It stands for JOB SEEKER's Allowance. If they are staying home, raising children and/or homemaking then they are, by definition NOT seeking a job. This is regardless of whether it is mother or father.0

There are over 20 free training courses run online by a company called free training direct. They cover loads of personal and business skills such as sales skills, presentation skills,interviewing skills marketing management skills etc. All you do is go to their website log on and join their site. No fees whatsoever are charged and you can view the courses which are all video based online 24 hours a day. Hope this may help you.
