Why am I looseing two years no claims for something that is not my fault?

When talking about a £750 cost for the repair, it won't make much (if any) difference to your premium if you find a cheaper garage.
Whatever the cost you lose the NCD already discussed above, which will have the biggest impact on your premium, rather than the loading for the claim.0
