    Hi,

I have merged your previous thread onto this thread , you may find it helpful to read through it.
  • hi

i've read the merged thread but it's all about the renewal packs. i'm enquiring about a new claim, not the renewal pack.

    cheers, tina x

mine took 10 days from day of request as mine was a new claim not a renewal. from the date of sending back it took 5 weeks but this was because they spelt the name wrong of one of my children. The back pay is great but you can't feed the kids on back pay! good luck
