Well if £760 is the best quote then it's what you will have to pay.

    Get more quotes??

And do all the usual things to try reduce insurance. Change car to a less riskier one (smaller less power), add other drivers such as parents or partner who may bring down the cost, be creative with your job title (see car insurance job picker under insurance link at top of the page). You've effectively almost turned into a 17 year old unexperienced driver and will need to build up your no claims again.

How on earth do you get all that from the OP's original post?

Insurance rates have generally increased for almost everybody in the past year (higher claims, poor returns on investment etc) so you are as you put it "going to have to suck it up" unless you can find a cheaper quote.

You have suffered a double whammy because you now probably have a loading for the at fault accident and either no, or a reduced bonus.

All you can do is try various sites for a quote or a broker. Other factors might be to consider the vehcile you have - is it one of the lowest groups, do you have an older claim free driver on the policy etc.
