Tell them to sign up to paypal. An international bank transfer most banks will charge for receiving. My bank charges £10 for the pleasure Paypal is the easiest way. Western Union isn't technically allowed on ebay

Personally my international sales are all paypal as its hassle free

Bank transfer usually carries fees. I don't know enough about buying to know whether you can send the buyer an invoice, via Paypal, but can they then just pay by credit card?

I hate it when people who don't know the answer, give their opinion, but, I am trying tonight.:D There just aren't enough questions that fit my remit tonight.

I think you can log into your paypal and 'request money' or similar. Just go through the motions and see what happens, gotta be worth a shot.

WU is indeed banned, but bear in mind it's banned because scammers ask you to PAY that way.
It's a very safe way if they're paying YOU... assuming there's a WU agent within convenient distance from you.

Look at MoneyBookers.com - recognised and used worldwide.

It's integrated into Delcampe.com and eBay.com and all my non-UK purchasers use it in preference to PayPal.

Grr apparantly this potential buyer doesn't have a credit card so he say's he can't use pp and is still asking about a bank transfer which from what i can see is costly. WU is too far from me. Any other options? Could he send some sort of postal order through the post?
He keeps nagging me lol getting tempted to just block him as not sure the hassles worth it but he seems keen on getting the item.

It sounds like to much hassle to me. They'll be other buyers. I get the feeling its going to be problems all the way. I'd refuse and block.

Personally if he is that much hassle before he wins he will be a nightmare afterwards.

I agree with cyberbob, block him.
