Childcare grant and household income

I have had some excellent advice on this in the past from Taiko and hoping that I can receive some more!

I know that certain financial commitments can be taken into account when assessing the amount of childcare grant is awarded.

I know that rent, his maintenance to his children, contents insurance and life insurance (he has none though!) and council tax bill can sometimes be disregarded.

However can the following be considered:
Car insurance - both myself and partner have it.
Other car costs such as Tax?
Any utility cost such as gas, electric, water?
My small health insurance (only £3 a month!)
Domestic appliance insurance
Social fund repayments of mine (£16 a week)
TV licence?

I am planning on sending the form ASAP and trying to get together the sort of evidence they will need.

I will be submitting my last 3 months bank statements- this shows the rent going out, his payslips with maintenance deducted, annual home contents policy (I paid in a lump sum last year but may be paying monthly on renewal)

Any information would be appreciated from student finance experts or students that have gone through the process themselves.

Many thanks
